Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs and Methods

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to all EU destinations, regardless of the order value or weight.

For faster delivery, we also offer an expedited shipping option for an additional fee. This cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipments are handled by our trusted network of carriers, including e.g., GLS, Overseas Express, DHL, UPS. The carrier for your specific order will be selected to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery to your address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order with damaged goods, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If a package is lost in transit and the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a refund or send a replacement.
